Interregional Innovation Investment (I3) Project
The Smart Manufacturing Microfluidic initiative under the I3-2023-CAP2b call promotes collaboration between regional ecosystems to enhance innovation in microfluidics, focusing on capacity building for interregional projects.
The I3-2023-CAP2b Capacity Building Strand 2b call aims to boost interregional innovation through smart manufacturing in microfluidics. This initiative focuses on capacity building in less-developed regions by fostering cooperation among public authorities, businesses, and research institutions. The goal is to identify and implement business and investment plans for microfluidic technologies, helping regions integrate into EU value chains. The program supports regional actors in overcoming innovation challenges and developing mature, scalable projects that align with EU strategic priorities, including green and digital transitions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Customers: Companies applying microfluidic technology and components in medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, cell culture chips, organ-on-a-chip, etc.
Suppliers: Contributors to the microfluidics value chain: Companies making microfluidic components : injection molding, surface engineering, 3D printing, assay development, antibody production, and more
Benefits
