R2R-UV-NIL Replication Test Package

JOANNEUM RESEARCH  specializes in roll-to-roll replication by UV-imprinting, transferring your designs of nano and micro structures fast and cost effectively. JR provides precise and efficient imprinting solutions for a wide range of transparent polymer films and a widely tunable UV curable resin.

This comprehensive services start with design of your microfluidic application, covers mastering and polymer tool fabrication, material and replication of structures on large (polymer foil) areas.

Deposition or printing of conductive material

R2R-EC Replication Test Package 

INMOLDs Roll-to-Roll Extrusion Coating (R2R-EC) test offers precise replication of your provided design in COC (cyclic olefin copolymer).

We will analyze your silicon master design using optical microscopy. Additional methods such as profilometry, confocal microscopy, and SEM are available upon request.

Characterization of Master Design

We create production shims for the extrusion coating replication process.

Fabrication of Production Tools

Conducted using COC with parameter variations. The test will take a maximum of one day on the production line.

Extrusion Coating Replication Test

We analyze the best replicated samples using optical microscopy. Additional analysis methods are available upon request.

Sample Analysis

We will deliver scissors-cut samples of the best replicated structures.
